merci Soléia , j'ai fait une belle sortie longue de 5h09 en accompagnant mon amie ,elle a eu une douleur au genou du km 27 jusqu'a la fin. je lui dit car elle n'a pas lâché. quand a moi j'ai enfin trouvé mon allure pour le grand Raid  ,
merci Hubert , j'ai très bien récupéré de mon marathon, je n'ai pas eu beaucoup de temps pour refaire une sortie , ma maman à eu des soucis de santé , tout est rentré dans l'ordre.
coté sorties je reprend demain .
