De plus ton chrono est vraiment super

enchainer un 10km une semaine après l'éco trail, c'est du pur délire  et avec un tel chrono maké comment toutfè ?  chapeau bas et bonne récupération (bah, elle doit déjà être faite ) |

Bah je ne vais pas être originale : je ne sais pas comment tu fais pour avoir récupéré aussi vite et faire en plus un super chrono
Si je considère ta prévision (50'36"), je pense que même toi tu as du être étonné de ton chrono

Oui tu as parfaitement raison ... vraiment étonné de mon chrono en fait ... je suis parti vite et je ne pensais pas tenir le rythme ... mais finalement si !! Comme quoi ...

Bin, je l'avais zappé cette course là .
Que dire : tout est dit sur les comm' précédentes.
8 jours après l'Ecotrail, tu te permets d'enfiler un 10km et de plus en 46' et des poussières.
Et bien Bravo Monsieur Marcus, c'est que du bonheur pour toi.
